We become almost always what we believe we are. This is what we desire to enable us achieve what we must become. There are a number of baselines that advise how to become what we believe.

To flourish means to thrive, to grow well, to prosper, to farewell, to develop or to progress. There is a direct correlation between flourishing and getting tangible results.
Amidst the chill and greying medley of the early morning, I led my team of staff from the Optiven Group Foundation to the Kamiti Maximum Security Prison. Not that any of us were going behind bars for a wrong doing but to reach out as is the clarion call of the foundation, “Eyes on the Community”.
We have had an opportunity to discuss the topic of flourishing and its connection to favor. While it is readily available to all, favour however comes with responsibility in order to flourish. This responsibility calls of diligence as is the case when we sow and harvest. The analogy here is that if one does not plant by taking action especially at the right time, then they have nothing to harvest. So then how can we tap into favour in order to flourish?
The month of August is a significant time to look back at our achievements and look forward to seeing the goals we set come to flourish.
