Billing terms & conditions
The price of the books is inclusive of VAT. Shipping fees shall be charged as an additional cost.
The George Wachiuri website has utilized the services of iPay to facilitate the processing of payment transactions for the purchase of any of the books authored by George Wachiuri. The payment service provider, iPay shall utilize two main payment instruments namely a mobile payment option or credit/debit card. All credit/debit cards used for payment must have a valid expiry date and security date.
In the event a book is sold out, you are at liberty to select another book or wait till the book is re-stocked.

Confidentiality
We shall only collect your names, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address for delivery purposes.

Risk & Title
Risk in the books shall pass to you upon receipt of the books even if you do not expressly accept delivery. Title in the book shall only pass when full payment for the book(s) is made.
Limitation of liability
George Wachiuri shall not be liable for deliveries made incorrectly due to provision of incorrect delivery details.
Force Majeure
George Wachiuri shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, courier and custom delays, post office delivery restrictions, weather, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, failure of the internet or any public telecommunications network, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks, virus or malicious software attacks or infections. George Wachiuri shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations and if the delay persists, George Wachiuri may without liability, terminate the contract.
General
The failure or delay by either party to enforce any of the Terms herein shall not operate as a waiver of the Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
George Wachiuri has the discretion, to change, modify, or amend any portion of these Terms at any time.
