There is a common adage that if you think you can’t then maybe you cant and you are right. It has been paraphrased over the years by different speakers from the author of the said quote, the famous entrepreneur Henry Ford who said, “ whether you think you can or you cant either way you are right! ” So how can we turn our thoughts to position us to think rightly by being positive?

The reality is that the very idea that our mind can change our world almost seems too good to be true. In my years as an Entrepreneur I have experienced and witnessed the benefits arising from having a positive mind and focus. Healthy, happy people think about what they want, and how to get it, most of the time. In this way developing a positive attitude can truly change your entire life.

When you think and talk about what you want and how to get it, you feel happier and in greater control of your life. When you think about something that makes you happy, your brain actually releases endorphins, which give you a generalized feeling of well-being. As a result, you develop a positive attitude.

How can you begin to think positive and have a positive impact on your life?

Based on many psychological tests, happy people seem to have a special quality that enables them to live a better life than the average. This quality has been identified as optimism! In my running of Optiven Real Estate, I have found that a happy and optimistic attitude opens doors, drawing people to you and providing motivation, fortitude, and resilience.

A positive attitude also provides us with a new quality which makes us learnable. This means we learn how to think positively by adopting an optimistic mindset.  Optimists keep their minds on what they want, and keep looking for ways to get it. They are clear about goals and are confident that they will accomplish them, sooner or later.
Positive thinkers also lookout for the good in every problem or difficulty.

When things go wrong, as they often do, they say, “That’s good!” And then set about finding something positive about the situation. If you are looking for something good or beneficial in a person or situation, you will always find it. And while you are looking, you will be a more positive and cheerful person.

And in conclusion all of us can agree today to learn anew how we can develop positive thinking and a positive attitude toward ourselves, the people around us and our lives. Finally, resolve to be cheerful, no matter what happens. Looking on the bright side is most important when things go wrong.

It is easy to be cheerful when everything is going according to plan. But, it is when you encounter unexpected setbacks and difficulties that you demonstrate to yourself, and the world around you, what kind of an attitude you really have.
