The defining moment is here as we are squarely in the middle of the second half of quarter 2. Welcome to August family and it is a great opportunity to reflect introspectively at where we stand on our goals and objectives. Yes, we are staring at the month that is the deal breaker for us all. Here’s to a winning new month of August and adios to July.
In July, we also had the distinct opportunity to partner with the Redeemed Gospel Church of God courtesy of the Rev. Dr. Esther Obasiike. I represented the Optiven family at a customized panel discussion with other key guests as we tackled the topic : BUILDING WEALTH AND SECURING FUTURES to attendees of the Queen Esther’s Generation gathering on 3rd July 2025.
On the global front, we had teams empowering investors to invest back home while at the same time handing over title deeds to those who had completed their payments. Personally, it is always a great joy being able to see a smile on a customer’s face as they receive a title deed or two or even three, for their investment with Optiven.
This continues to be our promise as a company, that for every person investing in our projects, we guarantee they will receive their title deed. And in line with this, I was in Botswana, making a third trip to this wonderful nation this July 2025. Our teams were in the USA, Europe and Africa to inspire possibilities.
Internally, we had a great shift reaching it’s pinnacle as our staff moved to our new offices in Karen from the 2nd of July 2025. The new aboard at Zamani Business Park in the Karen CBD was officially opened on 22nd November 2022 as part of the corporate strategy. At present we are hosting at least 200 staff at the new office and anticipate to complete the move from the town office by September 2025. Our operations continue in both offices, and we welcome you.
